Not in love with your purchase? No worries! If our products haven’t made your heart sing, bring them back within 14 fabulous days for store credit. Just remember:

• Products should be in their original vibe (packaging), unused, and ready for another chance at love.

• Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy – it’s your golden ticket!

Sorry, but sale items can't be returned. They’re already out there living their best second life!

Life’s a journey, and sometimes it throws us off track! If you’re going to be late, hit us up with your new ETA. We’ll move mountains (or appointments) to make it work, but there’s a slim chance we might have to reschedule to keep everyone’s day as smooth as a fresh blowout.

We’re like your BFFs – always reminding you of important dates. Expect a call, text or email nudge 3 days before your appointment because anticipation is half the fun, right? Help us lock it in and avoid playing hard to get!

Our Fair-But-Firm Cancellation Policy💔
Late Cancellations (less than 24-hour notice)? That’s a heartbreaker which will cost you 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows hurt even more, ringing up at 100% of the booked service. Ouch!
Got bigger plans with us (over 2 hours or multiple treats) but need to cancel last minute (less than 36 hours)? That's a 100% charge because big plans mean big love.

A Credit Card is required to secure time just for you!  It's our promise ring,  to keep our date secure.  This policy ensures our time together is nothing short of magical. Thanks for making our salon & spa world go ‘round!
