According to quantum physicists, the newer scientific theory’s conclude that everything in the universe is made up of energy. Even when you breakdown the smallest particle such as an atom, it is made up of vortices of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating, each one radiating its own unique energy signature. In addition, the energy that makes up the atoms and cells of your body, makes up the trees, the birds, even your house & car. It’s the same energy in a different form or shape. Furthermore, it is believed that these energetic frequencies can be influenced by human consciousness and emotions. According to David R. Hawkins book, Power VS Force our emotions have certain energy levels with negative emotions lowering your energetic level and positive emotions elevating it, as you can see from a list taken from his book below.

So if we are angry or fearful most of the day we are cultivating low energy that will create us to be fatigued, and over a period of time can turn into grief and depression. So as you can see, the key is to cultivate a lifestyle that will help to keep your energy levels or vibrations high.
Changing your energy is easier than you think.
One way of raising your energy or vibration levels is to “take each thought captive” and control your thoughts. This is not as hard as you may think. Controlling your thoughts is like exercising your mind. The more you think positive thoughts the easier it becomes. When you are in a lower energy state try to immediately replace any negative thoughts with a positive one. For example, if you are worried about what can go wrong with a situation, immediately replace it with what can go right. Start envisioning how you would feel if everything went right. Keep focusing on that thought. Your mind can only think one thought at a time, so replacing the negative with a positive thought, can help turn your fear to joy, thus raising your energy.

Here are some exercises to do to raise your energetic frequency when you are feeling angry, frustrated ,negative, or sad.”
1. Think of 5 things you are grateful for and write them down so you have them to refer back to and try to add 5 more every day for 3 weeks. Keep your list handy .
2. Call a friend and offer to help her/him in some way.
3. Think of someone who has helped you recently. Call them or write them a thank you note… “Just because ”
4. Be outside in nature and meditate or go for a walk or jog.
5. Accept “what is” and move on…letting go brings relief and a new attitude.
